The American Institute for Cancer Research recommends a diet rich in plant-based foods to help prevent cancer

Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytochemicals that can protect against cancer. Including these foods will help promote a balanced diet with a variety of food choices, while providing nutrients that help prevent and fight cancer.
